1. Eligibility
- Entry is completely free. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.
- By invitation only. This promotion is open exclusively to selected customers who receive an official SMS invitation directly from us.
- Age requirement. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Location requirement. Open to legal residents of all Australian States and Territories.
- Exclusions apply. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
- SMS invitation. The Promoter will send survey invitations via text message to randomly selected groups of customers throughout the quarter.
- Complete the survey. To enter, the recipient must text back their response (selecting options 1, 2, or 3) to the question asked.
- Automatic entry. Validly replying to an SMS survey grants the customer one (1) automatic entry into the active draw for that specific calendar quarter.
- Entry limit. Strictly limited to one (1) entry per person, per survey invitation received. [1]
- Standard text costs. Entry texts do not incur premium rates. Standard network text costs apply according to the entrant’s mobile plan.
3. The Prize
- Quarterly prize. The prize consists of one (1) $50 Coles Gift Voucher per calendar quarter.
- Non-transferable. The prize must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Voucher conditions. Use of the voucher is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and expiry dates outlined by Coles Gift Card Terms.
4. Promotional Period and Draw Dates
- Promotion duration. This quarterly draw program commences on 22 July 2026 and runs until 31 December 2027.
- Draw frequency. The draw will take place once per calendar quarter (four draws per calendar year).
- Draw schedule. The draws will be conducted on the final day of each calendar quarter as follows:
- Draw 1: 30 September 2026
- Draw 2: 31 December 2026
- Draw 3: 31 March 2027
- Draw 4: 30 June 2027
- Draw 5: 30 September 2027
- Draw 6: 31 December 2027
- Selection method. The winner will be chosen via a random electronic draw from all valid survey entries received during that specific calendar quarter. Entries do not roll over into the next quarter.
- Game of chance. This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
5. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
- Notification. The winner will be notified via SMS to the mobile number used to complete the survey within two (2) business days of the quarterly draw.
- Prize delivery. The $50 digital Coles voucher will be sent electronically via SMS or email to the winner within seven (7) days of notification.
- Unclaimed prizes. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, a redraw will take place under the same conditions.
6. Promoter Information and Liability
- The Promoter. 3Quotes Trading Pty Ltd.
- Right to modify. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond control impairs the integrity of the draw.
- Final decision. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Regulatory compliance. This promotion is conducted as an Exempt Lottery in all Australian jurisdictions, as the total quarterly prize pool sits well below state permit thresholds.
